We employ nearly 80 paid, and 70 volunteer workers, and help about 30,000 people each year with 70,000 different problems. We give help on thousands of different topics - but nearly three-quarters of the help we give is with welfare benefits and personal debt.
We make our services as accessible as we can to the many communities within the City. Our city centre premises have been especially designed to be as accessible as possible to people with physical disabilities, mobility or other sensory impairments.
