An innovative small telephone Adviceline team in our Hanley office needs enthusiastic volunteers to answer phone calls from members of the community who need our advice. You will make a difference to people’s lives by helping them to find the solutions to their problems.

This important ongoing volunteering opportunity provides you with invaluable experience and training. You will develop useful communication and call centre skills using the latest technology. We need you for a flexible 8 hours a week.

We will give you full training, plus coaching and support.

You do not need previous experience. We welcome your application whatever your age and background.
